CARDIO SCULPT (45min)

Combining Cardio with toning and strengthening exercises. Your heart rate will be up for sure. We move to the beat while working out those muscles, while maintaining proper posture and form.

FULL BODY BARRE (50min)

We will start with some light Cardio, then work on stability and posture while targeting different muscle groups.
We will do Plies, Feet Rises, Legs, Turn Out, Back and Core. Full Body

STRONGER DANCER 45min

It is not a traditional dance class, we focus on specific exercises that will make you stronger, with proper alignment and form!

FLOOR BARRE (45min)

We mainly practice on the mat, it is all about strengthening and stretching. We work on feet, turn out, lengthening the muscles, while gaining mobility in the joints.

FIT FOR SPLITS (30min)

30min of a stretching class, specifically designed for people who want to achieve the splits and gain flexibility in their legs and hips.

STRETCH AND RELAX (30min)

A nice relaxing stretching class.
Good for your soul, good for your mind, good for body!
We will work on widening your range of motion and releasing tension in your body.

STRENGTH and STABILITY (45min)

A slower paced class. It's about FOCUS!
We work on balance and strengthening the stabilizing muscles
through long exercise combos.
