DANCE WORK SWEAT

This is my signature CARDIO + SCULPT Class.

We will Dance, we will Work and most importantly we will SWEAT.

Don't worry, no dance knowledge is required.

It's the best mix of Dance Cardio and sculpting exercises to tone up your body.

FIT FOR SPLITS

30min of a stretching class, specifically designed for people who want to achieve the splits and gain flexibility in their legs and hips.

FLOOR BARRE

These classes are mainly practised on the matt, it is all about strengthening and stretching. We work on feet, turn out, lengthening the muscles, while gaining mobility in the joints.

DANCE TECHNIQUE

A nice relaxing stretching class.

Good for your soul, good for your mind, good for body!

We will work on widening your range of motion and releasing tension in your body.

These classes are all about improving your dance technique  (jazz, modern, ballet, contemporary).

This class includes plies, tendus, flatbacks, kicks all the way to jumps.

It is not a traditional dance class, we focus on specific exercises that will make you stronger, with proper alignment and form!

FITNESS INSTAGRAM

In this class we will focus on strengthening different muscle groups through repetitions while keeping a high heart rate by doing everything to upbeat music for maximum burn 💪. Working out can be FUN!

A slower paced class. It's about FOCUS!

We work on balance and strengthening the stabilizing muscles

through long exercise combos.
